Conference Sponsorship

Qatar National Research Fund (QNRF) will sponsor conferences held in Qatar at one of the following levels:

Diamond sponsorship

Platinum sponsorship

Gold sponsorship

Silver sponsorship

Bronze sponsorship

For each level, the following are the detailed obligations, duties and deliverables required by the sponsored institution:

Level 1: Diamond Sponsorship

Extensive branding and top visibility at the event

QNRF logo representation on all promotional materials, including:

conference mailing materials

conference program

full-page advertisement

website

logo and hyper link to QNRF home page included for one year

media and advertising

signage at event and social functions

QNRF banner to be posted in prominent area of conference

QNRF will be given the privilege of distributing 10 full registrations free of charge (including QNRF staff, including accommodation and access to all halls)

Introduction or thanking of keynote speaker

Two promotional items in the delegate bag (e.g. literature, brochure, mug, keychain)

One trade-show table in a premium location

Level 2: Platinum Sponsorship

Extensive branding and logo visibility at the event

QNRF Logo representation on all promotional materials, including:

conference mailing materials

conference program

half-page advertisement

website

logo and link included for six months

media and advertising

signage at event and social functions

QNRF banner hung in prominent area of conference

QNRF will be given the privilege of distributing 5 full registrations free of charge (including QNRF staff, including accommodation and access to all halls)

Introduction or thanking of guest speaker (not keynote speaker)

One promotional item in the delegate bag

One trade show table in premium location

Level 3: Gold Sponsorship

QNRF Logo representation on all promotional materials, including:

conference program

quarter page advertisement

website

logo and link included for three months

signage at event and social functions

QNRF banner to be posted at conference

QNRF will be given the privilege of distributing 3 full registrations free of charge (including QNRF staff, including accommodation and access to all halls)

One promotional item in the delegate bag

Level 4: Silver Sponsorship

QNRF Logo representation on the following conference materials:

conference program

quarter page advertisement

signage at event and social functions

QNRF banner to be posted at conference

QNRF will be given the privilege of distributing 2 full registrations free of charge (including QNRF staff, including accommodation and access to all halls)

Level 5: Bronze Sponsorship

signage at event
