Can the Graduate Student be from a university which is not part of the team, that is which does not have a key investigator in the team?

Grad students, consultants, technicians and other unnamed members of the team, ie those not designated as key investigators, are added as unnamed roles in the "personnel" tab. QNRF's online submission system will not allow participation of any personnel that have not previously been identified with a "collaborative institution" i.e., one that has already been added at the "Collaborative Institution information" stage . Thus, even for unnamed team members, such as grad student, research associate, etc. their respective organization or institution must have already been added to the proposal (as an "official partner") before the budget and, therefore, the proposal, can be completed and made ready for submission.
