Can you elaborate more on the review process?

QNRF uses two steps review process:

1- Peer review:  where the NPRP proposals will be sent to a minimum of three PRs and maximum of five PRs, of similar research interest as the submitted proposal, are selected from the QNRF database. All PRs in QNRF are globally selected. Based on the evaluation criteria and scores, each PR, independently, states his/her critiques, comments and review in each criterion, reflected by a score.

 2- Programmatic review: Which is Designed to “have a wider scope of assessment in order to fit with the objectives of the program” and It is a distinct step from the Peer review and does not reproduce the scientific evaluation performed by PRs. Based on a panel review and only shortlisted proposals are examined.
