This is inline with QNRF policy and to ensure compliance QNRF PR channel will not allow assigning any participant as a PR in the same cycle. You would need to send a request through the IT online support channel in order to change your status from peer reviewer to an applicant; this will open the channel for submission and it will close the other channel for peer reviewing.
