Reminder: Application Deadline for the Equine Research Call

We would like to remind you about the deadline of the Equine Research Call, jointly launched by Qatar National Research Fund (QNRF) and The National Center for Scientific and Technical Research (CNRST)-Morocco;

  • April 6, 2021 (12:00 noon, Doha Time): Closing of the online proposal submission by the LPI
  • April 13, 2021(12:00 noon, Doha Time): Closing of the online research office vetting

Please note that the system will not allow proposal submissions and vetting after this deadline.

Applicants may participate by submitting a proposal in accordance with the guidelines and timeline stated in the call for proposals (CFP) along with the research plan template, and other related documents available online in the download center of the Equine Research Call at link.

Launch of the 3rd Cycle of the Food Security Call

Qatar National Research Fund (QNRF), in collaboration with the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME), is pleased to announce the launch of the third cycle of the Food Security Call. Interested researchers are invited to apply at QNRF’s submission channel,, which will open on 27 September 2021, 12pm (Doha time). Successful grants will be awarded up to US$ 200,000 per year and for up to three years, with a total budget of up to US$ 500,000.
